The lady in there today was extremely rude. I've given this place a chance several times and I leave disappointed every time. I will be finding a new place after the visit I had today.

This was my first experience with threading. The lady explained what it was and how they would do it. It wasn't near as painful as waxing. I have returned several times and always been pleased.
The woman who did my eyebrows was quick, but unfriendly. I'll be looking for another place.
