Pleasant atmosphere and staff. The food is good, my friends and I have yet to get anything we have not enjoyed. It's not rock-your-socks kinda food, but a solid menu of Japanese and Asian standards and really well priced.
The sushi and other Asian dishes are good. I like the Bento boxes in particular. But the service, especially carryout, is meh. I ordered on the phone tonight. Then showed up half hour later (they said 15-20 min) and they had no record of my order. They tried to tell me I must have called the wrong number... except I showed them the conversation with the right phone number on my cell phone. Still had no idea which person took my order (and repeated it back) and then just didn't put it in. The workers were like oh well. So I had to wait and waste another 15 minutes. I probably won't do carryout again since this wasn't the first bad experience (once I ordered chicken lo mein and they gave me shrimp for example). I don't know how much is language barrier and how much is not caring, but I'd skip call in orders.
Very nice restaurant, staff, and atmosphere. Food being delicious is always a bonus too! ;) I love Bento I have been here nearly a hundred times. I lost count a long time ago.
Always good service and the wonton soup and crab Rangoon is so good and the Ricky Roll is the most amazing sushi roll I've ever had in my life, I mean it is award winning. I wanna write a love poem about it. Someone should win a prize for making it. Everything I've ever had here is awesome. ❤️
Great prices and fantastic food. I love the atmosphere in store and pick up is incredibly easy if I want to eat at home!
