Nightmare experience. Had an emergency after the procedure and could not get a return phone call. Had to go see another Specialist just to survive the pain.
Have been with Dr Bacon since 2004 and have always been happy with him and his choice of staff and office manager Rachel! I highly recommend and appreciate he does not try to sell you more dental services than you need and is always gentle and kind!
They had no receptionist, and after filling out my paperwork I was completely ignored by staff. After waiting 45 minutes on my very first appointment, I finally went into the back area to find out what was going on. It was only then that I was told it would be "a while" and that maybe I should just reschedule as it was nearly their lunch time. The staff - and Dr. Bacon - were rude and unapologetic. I left after wasting my morning and have since found a very pleasant and professional dentist office in Carmel.
This office was so relaxed and welcoming! First of all, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. You know from the moment you enter, you are going to be treated kind. Thank goodness I read the previous review after I had gone several times to see Dr. Bacon and his staff. There is always a receptionist at this office, she just goes to the back to check on the flow of the office so that she can update the front office. There are beautiful surroundings in the waitng room, top-notch flat screens, patient education and the staff and Dr. Bacon are second-to-none. I have no idea what the previous person's perception was, but what a shame to blast such a wonderful dentist and staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. In fact, I have, and will continue to do so. Kudos.... Dr. Bacon! Keep up the great work! You make one of my least favorite experiences not so bad!
I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office before! Everyone was so friendly, and I felt very well taken care of. Not only did every staff member I interacted with make me feel comfortable, they all took the time to explain to me everything they were doing and their recommendations for me. I have gone for a regular cleaning as well as done the Zoom whitening with them, and both experiences were terrific.
