Terrific prices on fine pizza. The flavored crust is great and offers a lot of variety. Spicy pizza sauce is a great choice as well. It's not the best pizza I've ever head, and it does not keep incredibly well, but it's a terrific value for the price.
Wow, honestly just wow. The fact that this business is still even open blows my mind. The employees here do not have any.... to give. I ordered at 9:48 and got the worst customer service ever. I work in food service, and since the sign says we are open, we take orders. "Sorry we can't deliver, we have no drivers." Okay, sure I get it. When can I pick it up? "Ughhh like 25 minutes I need to turn the ovens on." (Crazy that they are off 12 minutes to close? Pizza ovens only take like 7-10 minutes to run through. I would know, I work in a pizzeria.)
Not even worth the 1 star Google makes me leave.
Customer service is great. Delivery was awesome and supper nice. Best pizza in town!!!!
My only down side is similar to other reviews, and that is the customer service. I have been misquoted a few times when it comes to pickup/delivery times which has resulted in dried out crusts or waiting in the shop for 20+ minutes after my quoted pickup time. I will say this doesn't happen every time but it is something to watch out for in the future.
Second, I pick up my food exactly when told to. I pulled up 24 minutes after the order. I understand being in a "down mood" since people want to go home. Whatever, but damn, not even a smile or a hey, how are you? I assume you're being paid to be here, if not that's another problem.
We were very disappointed last night with our experience! We tried to order the special (Large pizza, 3 toppings for $7.99) but could not get it ordered on the site. I went into Hungry Howie's and asked them if the web site was having issues because we could not get it ordered to get the special price. They told me they were not having issues and they would not give me the special price!! We have purchased several pizza's from them so this was very disappointing.
Always have been a huge fan of Hungry Howies, they have amazing deals that make the pizza affordable and the flavored crusts set them apart from the competition. I always feel like I got more than what I paid for which is an excellent feeling as a customer.
Overall fantastic pizza at an unbelievable price. And while service times aren't always the most accurate they are friendly and convenient.
Lastly, the food was despicable. I've received a 45 minute delivery at about 90 minutes before, and the food was edible and made right. My 2x Cajun bread had maybe lite Cajun on it, its a bad lite baked Howie bread. Then my pizza with flavored crust has the flavoring half over the pizza, and so much flavoring its literally dusting off and overpowering the pizza and inedible.
