We came at 10:30pm, and ordered an appetizer sampler. The marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks was dried out to a barely-edible consistency, and they were out of pico for the nachos. Worse, the cheese and chili on the nachos was clumpy and cold, and the chips were soft, apparently from sitting around awhile with toppings on them. I was going to say something about it to our server when she came to ask how our food was, but she did not even wait for my answer before leaving again.
This is the closest bdubs to us, but we have reached the point where we'd rather drive a great deal and go to Ale Emporium or another bdubs. Everytime we come here, several times a month, we fet the worst service and food. 90% of the we come its either the cooks not cooking food or we are told they "walked out." Our server after telling us the kitchen walked out, went on a smoke break as we were waiting for our check. Sadly we timed her, 15 minutes until she came back inside from their smoke area. We constantly have cold appetizers and its clear no matter what we order they have just sat in the window. Our server is ALWAYS "Charity" in the bar area. We just have been here an hour. Food was rang in 10 minutes after we ordered. Took "9:27" to make. Leaving them in the window for 40 minutes! We have the ticket from the window. Our server claimed "it's not my fault" and asked if we wanted drinks to go...we each had 2 beers so why would we want to pay for drinks to go? Avoid this bdubs at all cost. Jared had our meal comped $10. Its not about the money its about quality and not leaving pissed off. Done here.
We came on a Saturday night to dine. When we got to the table, it was dirty. The hostess had to clean it in front of us. I had ordered a pepsi and one of the other people at our table ordered a diet. Of course, they were both diet. So by this point, I was worn out by lousy service. At our table, we ordered some wings, and the youngest member of our group ordered some mac and cheese. After almost an hour of waiting, all the food came out, except the mac and cheese. At this point, our waiter informed us that they were out of Mac and Cheese. He didn’t tell us when we placed the order, he decided to tell us after everybody’s food was out. With the other food, there were multiple mistakes. One of our burgers, which was ordered to be without onions, had onions on it. My order of buffalo chips with cheese had very minimal cheese on it. I got very few wings with what was supposed to be a medium order. Overall, our experience was painfully mediocre. I am unlikely to dine here again.
Good food but this is quite possibly the SLOWEST BDUBS in existence. Unbelievable how slow these people are. I'd rather drive to a further location.
Waited 15 mins for first beer, 45 mins for food, 10 mins after food to get silverware.. ask for second beer another 15 min wait. Good food horrible service.
The saving grace for our visit was that my husband loved the Caribbean Jerk sauce on the wings that came with our sampler.
