Probably the worst customer service ever. Planned a move and by their mistake it wasn't scheduled properly. So here we are less than 24 hours from our move date and we are being told that they are over booked and can not help us. WE PAID A DEPOSIT! which in all rights means you are confirmed. The customer service manager seemed unconcerned and after speaking to another moving company I now know why. All my son's had done this to at least 6 people just TODAY is what I was told by the service rep from the other company. That's just bad business. When you make a mistake you fix it, that's the bottom line.
Terrible experience!!! I moved from Indy to Misssissippi and paid almost $5,000 And the two guys they had to pick up and drop off our furniture damaged just about all of our property.. I called and Spoke with Seth and they totally blew me off... asking if my furniture came from Ikea.. Don't waste your time and money... I'm currently in the process of getting a lawyer... Go with two men and a truck or anyone else but this company... The guys stole some of our property.. After all of this no one has called me to even apologize or even discount my total... very unprofessional company... please take my word and keep looking... My name is Kenya... hopefully someone from corporate will look at this post and contact me about my horrible experience with this company... I have pictures a lot of pictures.. Also the the driver talked about his wife, which I thought was very unprofessional.. Saying how he is married to the owners daughter and she is fat and lazy and doesn't want to work... She sits at home and does nothing all day.. In my mind I'm thinking that I could care less... Also they had me fooled thinking that I had insurance with my move... well, to only find out I had there crappy insurance that pays .60 per pound... So I filed a claim and they offered me 354.00... I sent in receipts that showed I had just purchase my items literally brand new ... And they seem to think this is what I'm owed. Please don't waste your time.. One last thing so the driver also had the nerve to ask for a cash tip. He said don't add it with my final payment because one they will tax their money like crazy and also sometimes the people in the office will keep their tip money for themselves..
Missing items. Can’t find plug in cords for electric recliner. Can’t find all parts to tv bracket. Missing container for diabetic needles. Broken shade. Broken picture frame. Big scratch on whole side of sofa table. Drawer items just dumped into box.
Will not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely horrible. They quoted me one price, and tried to charge me 3 times the quote after the move. The 'manager' I spoke to was rude and uneducated; simple adding and subtracting was well above his head. Stay away from these guys and their lowball quotes. The experience I had was so poor, I make sure to mention it to anyone who mentions moving to me. Stay away!
Do not use these movers. We had furniture damaged beyond repair. While nice guys, they were very inexperienced movers. The company did try to correct the issues during the move, but not enough in my opinion to make up for the lack of professionalism and damage to our things.
