Always great service here, but I was dissappointed with the poor customer service from one associate today. I didn't catch his name, but it wasn't Chris or Chai, they were both great. This associate was putting away inventory and Chris was already helping another customer, so Chris asked him to help the customer. He very rudely said he was busy doing something else right now and he would help when he's finished. This associate does not know the meaning of customer service. To think it's more important to put away stock and make a customer wait is terrible.....stop what you're doing and help the customer.
