I owned a home in Carmel and had to move out of state at quick notice for a new job. I was so nervous about leaving my property and renting my home. Someone referred me to Kirk Realty and it was the best decision I've made! They helped me find qualified tenants and managed all aspects of my property. My mind was at ease since I didn't have to worry about my property at all. They managed the tenant's needs and any repairs required at my home. I highly recommend Kirk Realty!!!
I definitely would not recommend this company. I was very dissatisfied with the realtor handling a rental property in Noblesville. I followed all of the steps of the application online I had one signature for the rental verification to be signed and I should have been able to sign the contract after that signature. Although the realtor handling the rental property rented the property out from under me in less than 24 hours of receiving that one signature. I felt it was very unfair. I paid $75 for the application. I should be receiving that refund if not I will take it to upper management. I did all of my homework it was his job to keep in communication with me on the property and the process of the application and he did not do so I would not recommend this company to handle any rental properties.
I got a new job in Indianapolis, so my family needed to move from Vincennes. We worked with Kirk Realty to find our new home, and they were awesome! Russ is extremely thorough and helped us not only pick our house, but with the whole process. Because we weren't already from the area, we couldn't have done it without all of his help. I would recommend Russ and his company to everyone!

Over the past year Kirk Realty Group has supported my personal purchase of (5) homes.The investment and property management team is a professional turnkey operation.The services they have provided me range from searching for a potential property to purchase, reviewing and making an offer, and supporting the closing process for these homes. The team carefully screens potential tenants to live in my investments.The rentals and payments for maintenance services are taken care of by the Property Management Team, and then logged on a computerized software platform accounting journal for my readily easy review of monthly and quarterly activities. The property Management Team additionally provide the service of procuring quotes for rehab efforts, and do a great job on follow up by inspecting the contractors work.
