Most of the teachers have been there the entire time we've been going to this school. In fact, my 5-month old's teacher also took care of my now-six-year-old when she was little. The staff works together as a team to ensure that everything is done timely and done well. They are the friendliest crew you'll ever meet!

I moved here from south Florida where my kiddos went to a fantastic pre-school. I decided to leave my career to spend more time at home. At the same time I found Primrose And fell in love with the school and the friendly staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and my kids just LOVE their school and are learning at an accelerated rate. Thank you for making us feel "At Home" Mindy, Sarah, and Smytha!!!

I have sent all three of my children to Primrose Gray Eagle over the last six years and there is NOT better school or daycare anywhere in this area!!! Before we found this school we tried two in-home daycares which never made me comfortable, a friend who didn't work out, and then toured several other private facilities in the exact same price range. From the moment we walked in the door of this school, I knew this would be our children's "second home", and the staff and teachers have done nothing but confirm my belief that they are 1000% dedicated to caring for my children as their own.

I could not be happier with the care my children receive here. We feel very blessed that we are a part of the Primrose family!!!

· Supplies canned foods for families in need

As a teacher I have made many friendships working side by side with the same teachers over the years. I truly enjoy how the management team listens to everyone's wants and needs and makes the most of it. This has allowed many of us to work together as a team and love what we do best.

On each child's first day I was emailed photos of each in class, and asleep during nap, and eating, with notes about how each was doing. This staff CARES DEEPLY about making sure these kids are having a wonderful experience daily, and that the parents are aware of what is happening. The communication is fabulous, and if there ever was a problem I know that I could easily approach any staff member and they would be on it in a heartbeat, taking my concern to heart and learning and growing from it. (Once a new teacher spelled my child's name wrong, which wouldn't have been a huge deal to me except that she was learning to write her own name at the time, and the staff immediately took my concern very seriously, with great apologies, and it definitely never happened again!)

· Collects pet food and supplies for shelter pets (doing this now!)

Providing a safe, comfortable, secure, learning environment for my children is only the basic level of what this school provides. Yes, my oldest was already reading in PreK thanks to the patience and energy of the teachers and staff..... but what I care WAY more about is that my kids are HAPPY there. They LOVE going. They feel safe. They make friends. They do LOTS of art.

· Writes letters to our veterans to keep their spirits high

The other thing that this school is hands-down the BEST at, is teaching our children how to give to others, help those in need, and always choose to do the right thing. On a regular basis, this school does the following activities with the kids:

I have been working at primrose for 6 years and can proudly say this is my home away from home. I have a 3 year old and 3 month old who couldn’t agree more. I can tell my children absolutely love their teachers by the smiles and stories I receive from them everyday.

· Donates time to package supplies for underprivileged families

· Provides presents for underserved children

Before primrose and achieving my degree I started my teaching experience volunteering at many of the early childhood centers in Hamilton County. Nothing is this area can compare to what primrose has to offer and if you don’t believe me at least just walk through our doors.

Most teachers are great but there is a fairly high turnover and the front office staff is very cliquey and not super helpful. The owner Mindy is also a bit strange and I have heard mix reviews from the staff about her. They consider themselves a high-end, premium education/daycare facility (and this is what you pay for) but it is not what you get. I wouldn't recommend and we are looking for a new place now due to the high turnover in teachers.
