Eat here if you like finding another person's hair in your food! I ordered pickup from this location once and there was a hair in my panini... Unfortunately I didn't find it until I was almost done with my sandwich.
Usually everyone at this Panera is super nice and I have left this place a really good review in the past, but the lady working the drive-thru currently (November 4th, 6:30pm) was incredibly rude today. When she handed me my credit card back and my food I said thank you both times and there was no response and in the back I could hear her complaining to her coworker how she was tired of this job. I so understand that people have bad days, but that doesn’t give her the right to complain about her job in front of the customer and be rude to me as well. She also messed up my order in when I literally said “excuse me ma’am you forgot to put the baguette in my bag” she rolled her eyes and handed me a baguette and when I said thank you she shut the window and continued to talk to her coworker. I work in customer service so I understand that dealing with people and especially crappy people can be very exhausting, but I was nothing but nice and she did not treat me the way I was expected to be treated. I really hope this Panera is it going downhill because usually I have a great experience here.
Food is always delicious. I enjoy the you pick two option so I can get both a sandwich and soup or sandwich and salad or salad and soup whatever I'm in the mood for. I love that Panera gives me a choice of healthier options.
Friendly staff with plenty of seating. Came in from out of town and had a great experience. The staff was very attentive and the space was very clean. Not too noisy, and a designated area for work stations and laptops.
Second visit on way home from sports. Rapid order today was extremely slow and the employee seemed to relish making us wait. Fine other than that. Food was what you expect.
