Amazing cupcakes! I've never had a bad 1! Love that they have espresso machine! & donuts on Saturday & Sunday morning! The way they decorated the store is so cute! Amazing & nice staff!
they're also very loose in regard to cross contamination.
My father in-law hates coconut. so when his vanilla cupcake had coconut pieces in the frosting, he brought it to the attention of the staff. they proceed to explain that instead of whipping up a fresh bowl of vanilla frosting, they simply add it to what's left of the coconut frosting?! I'm not sure if this is an idea born from laziness, ignorance or apathy but concerning those who may be ALLERGIC to certain ingredients, I find it somewhat alarming!
And to top it off, they left it at that. Meaning they did not apologize, offer something else on the house or even offer a future visit voucher.
I adore the Here Comes the Bride flavored cukecake but today noticed an unpleasant change in the buttercreme frosting.
Was so happy to see a place offer gluten free and vegan donuts until I realized they never have any at 930 on a Sunday. They don't even open until 9! They also never have any regular for my husband. Also- they are getting rid of their coffee and espresso machines- doesn't seem like a good business plan for selling donuts.
Unusual variety and all yummy. Get there early for best selection.
