He ordered a new card for me well,3 weeks later it showed up, mind you this would be the middle of December by this time with Christmas around the corner. The card showed up but, no PIN number,now today is the 30th of December and guess what? Still no PIN. I will be switching banks at this point. This is not acceptable and all I get from Chris is an apology,really?
I would strongly urge prospective clients to do their research before choosing Huntington as your banking institution. You may have better luck with credit union or over seas bank.
