The service team was able to get my car in on a Saturday morning, without an appointment, to replace the battery that had a bad cell. They were able to get it in, diagnose it, and fix it in a couple of hours. What I feared would be an all weekend issue was fixed in 2 hours thanks to the Lockhart service team.

Went to appraise my 2014 Chevy suburban , after 2 hours of waiting they wanted to appraise my car $7000-$8000 bellow market , unbelievable for a so called 5 star dealer , I tried to ask how they come with that appraisal , car salesman was nice , he told me that he can’t explain how they come out with that price . I would not trade my car to this dealer ever . I usually change my car every 2-3 years , never experience nothing like this . Kyle called me upset about my review trying to tell me they lowest offer is the best... and all the options I have installed don’t matter (leather sets , heated seats , premium dvd navigation sistem , fog lights, tow package , new tires ) . He doubles down stating they are the only Cadillac dealer in the area, for that reason I probably won’t buy a Cadillac anytime soon.

I am currently in the process of independently test driving a car from Lockhart Cadillac. Because the car I'm looking at is a late model luxury vehicle, I wanted to be able to not just drive it down the street with the salesman, but actually keep it a day or 2 and even have another mechanic inspect it just to get a second opinion. With the Holiday weekend upon us, I wasn't sure if keeping the car off the lot for that length of time would be considered. However, I was VERY grateful when the Used Car Mgr, Bob, agreed to let me take the vehicle for an extended test drive and second inspection. I am very happy with the car after one day and look forward to hopefully being able to make a great deal with them! Everyone has been very nice and attentive to my needs. Car testing and buying should always work around what the customers wants and needs are. I wanted to be able to drive the car at my leisure and look at it at my leisure. Lockhart Cadillac defiantly accommodated that for me!
