For me, the car buying process is comparable to a dental visit. However, the sales rep (Matt) kept everything calm and easy. No pressure or fast-talkin’ aggressive sales tactics were involved. The general manager, Larry, was also a pleasure. Great experience. Great vehicle. No surprises. Unbeatable price. Thanks, guys! I’ll be back for future purchases.
Went here looking for a Kia Soul. It was my first buying experience outside of private sellers and it was excellent. Very laid back demeanor with sales rep Bruce, which helped because I was coming into the equation biased/paranoid of the horrors that come from trying to purchase a car. Bruce gave me plenty of time to look over the car I was interested in and allowed me to go through the ropes of following up with friends and family for some buying advice on their offerings. He and the manager Larry were very accommodating and made the deal I wanted, happen. The car I have is awesome and I couldn't be more grateful.
Applied for a car loan for my daughter. They said they would get back to me after they got the financial done. Well apparently I was declined because they wouldn’t respond to my emails. Very unprofessional team. Don’t worry I’ll never be back and ever say anything good about your half-breed sales team.
My daughter was in an accident so we were forced into making a purchase sooner than we had expected. We went to 2 other dealers before stopping at Napleton Kia of Fishers. Our salesperson Mike went above and beyond while we test drove multiple cars to figure out what we liked and what we didn't. Larry was an absolute joy to meet and he even offered us pizza while we waited on our vehicle to get cleaned. They really turned a stressful moment in our lives into an enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back and will refer our friends and family to check them out.
I would give them zero stars, if possible. I bought a new car at Butler in 2014 and loved it. I loved the dealership so much that I continued to go there for oil changes and services, even if it was significantly more expensive than anywhere else. I trusted the dealership, so I decided that paying more was worth it. Recently, I found a used car at their dealership that I fell in love with. I filled out a credit application and waited. And waited. And waited. I chatted with them every other day, asking if they had any decisions on my credit application. Every time, I was told the same thing.. "we're working on it, give us a few days". A week passed. Another week passed. Friday, I went to the website and saw that the car I was trying to finance was gone. Either sold, or shipped off elsewhere. I will never go back to Butler in Fishers again. I went there for oil changes and I was a good customer and I was treated horribly. They didn't communicate with me. They weren't honest with me. They didn't tell me one way or another if they could get me financed. They ignored me. They can't run a business and they're rude. My next car purchase will not be with Butler of Fishers and they have lost my business for any services on my current Kia. I will never spend another penny at this dealership.
