EWARE!!! I went in one week ago to get a haircut from Erin. Although the salon was cute and everyone was polite, I ended up walking out with something I wasn't happy with. I thought if I just played around with it for a little I would end up liking it in the end since I got something done to my hair that I'm not quite used to. I finally made the decision that I didn't quite like it and I would like to get it fixed and I have been trying to contact the salon for the past 3 ENTIRE DAYS and have yet to hear any response at all whatsoever. I went to their website and sent them a message on the "contact us" section, I went on Instagram and direct messaged BOTH the Salon Instagram page and Erin's Instagram page, I sent a message on their Facebook page and I also left a voicemail. I have tried contacting them in 5 DIFFERENT WAYS and in 3 DAYS and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. In addition I never got a discount that was told would be provided to people who booked their appointments between this day and that day. I booked my appointment in the correct time and never got my 20% off. Extremely extremely extremely disappointed with the customer service. I am not one to write reviews at all about anywhere but I felt it was necessary to let people know that you need to beware that they may or may not call you back or apply the discount to the service if you purchased.
I had a great experience with Erin. Have booked a second appointment already.
