Won't take the online coupons, offers a bigger discount for pre payment then when you sign the charge slip tells you it's going to take 3 days. Now why would I get my happy butt in there at 8 am except to have my clothes done by 5? Apparently she could have got it done same day for full price but not with any discount. I really hate dry cleaners in this city and tuchmann is proving to be the worst.
I love the people and service. The manager is Faith and she's amazing!!!
Have to say I'm pretty dissapointed in the service from this location. Twice now, I have picked up suits to discover that during the cleaning process they have unevenly pressed the lapels on my jacket, causing me to have them re-done. The customer service at this location were very apologetic, but until they either replace who finishes garments or put better care into the garments they are trusted with, I won't be going back...
