Maybe I am being a hypocrite here and throwing the first stone, but these guys actually hung up with me after quoting me a price of over 300% more than a competitor. When I nicely explained this to them, she actually hung up on me. At least go through the motions and apologize for not being able to help... Wow. Give me a break!
I got what I wanted. But, there was unreasonable delay in processing the order.
