This was an excellent place to use for storage. it was easy to get to off of I-69 and 96th street. It was clean and we had a climate controlled space 10x20 and had no trouble accessing the gate or the unit itself. Madge was the perfect customer service representative. She took time to explain everything and was precise and accurate in her presentation. She also called a few times to remind me of the date we needed to be out or make our payment so as not to be charged late fees. She was very helpful and personable in our conversations. The cylinder lock is yours to keep so you can use it again if you rent with them. I didn't know that and was going to throw the lock and keys away until she told me!

Great communication; fast service; friendly; clean property; well-maintained. Michelle was helpful and supportive; diligent with all steps that needed to be taken to register unit, get it inspected, install lock; and start storing; she answered all my questions and gave all needed information. I am happy and feel confident that my possessions will be clean, kept under a perfect temperature in climate-controlled unit; pest-free and safe. Thank you!
