This is a horrible excuse for a AAA. My elderly parents and I had evacuated Florida (due to Hurricane Irma) and we were hoping to get a Trip-Tick for our return drive back home. The people working at the Fisher's branch could not have been less caring. They told us (and the person at the desk next to us who was also returning to Florida) that they would not do a Trip-Tick that day but that we should come back in two days to pick one up. When we explained that we were leaving the next day (as was the gentleman seated next to us) they said they were too busy to help us. I am used to the fabulous service of the AAA here in Fort Myers, Florida and was appalled by the Fisher's branch complete lack of service and caring. During an already physically and emotionally draining period, this was a complete waste of our time and energy.
