Always great food and fast friendly service, wonderful Horseshoe Bar and Sports always on, A place where anyone can come in and everyone says "Hello, how you doing today?" with a smile, never meet a stranger here warm and welcome yet still can be cozy too. Last time I noticed customers at different tables smiling and laughing having a good time.
Food was nice but plates and silverware need to be cleaned much better, looked scummy. But restaurant was clean service is very nice and polite.
I originally had a bad experience with the bartender and poor service. I called and discussed this with Katrina and she went above and beyond to fix the issue. I appreciate her diligence and the pride she holds in holding her staff to a high level of service and thoroughly believe she is going to make the appropriate changes needed.
Stopped by to have dinner walked in and their was 15 people in line. I asked them how long they were waiting and they said 20 minutes and No one had e en greeted them. I waited 10 minutes before walking up to the bar and asking for a manager and they said they were under staffed. I can't get over the fact that no-one ever greeted any body for at least 30 minutes. Horrible service and we will never go back thank God that ruby Tuesday knows how to treat their customers. By the was 13 people walked out all at the same time.
