I will not go back to this Arbys. The service was terrible. My Husband ordered coffee to go with his meal. The manager handed him an empty cup with no coffee anywhere to fill the cup. It took several minutes to get coffee and the people were just not nice.
Love the food and service, tends to make sure they get your order right.
Not open till Midnight. Everything was shut and locked at 11:30.
This place is horrible! I love the food, but everything else is a nightmare. I'm a regular customer and I have even taken my concerns to corporate but it has been brought to my attention that they don't care either. There have been times when I stand at the front counter for 15 minutes plus waiting on someone to come out of the office and help. Some of them are so anxious to get you out the door that they throw your bag at you and get an attitude when you ask for sauce. A few of the female cashiers have literally asked me "what do you want" when I walk up to order. And the best one of all? There is sexual harassment all over that place and nobody does a thing about it. It's mainly one white female manager and one male manager (can't tell if he's white or Mexican) but some of the male crew members join in too. I've seen him smack her butt, some of the men take pictures of the women's butts, both male and female make sexual comments to each other. It's gross and I can't believe with as many people that come in and out of there that they would even think about doing that. However, after seeing no results from talking to corporate a few times.. I will take my business elsewhere. This place is the closest location and I'm in there 5 to 7 days a week but this is an ongoing problem that I don't see ever getting solved so the best thing I can do is find another location.
Extremely slow! Told us to pull forward to make our fish sandwiches. We had to go in to get our food....after car behind us got their food. Manager says she thought we drove off. Ummm...no just moved forward like we were told. They did not offer us anything for the huge inconvenience. Took over 15 minutes!!! Good good but service is not!
