I received no apologies or anything to make it right. I had to go back in to collect my drink as one of the employees gave me obviously the wrong tea. The manager saw me after a minute or two of waiting again and asked what I wanted. No sorry or discount. AVOID THIS PLACE. Shut it down.
20 minutes for a to-go order? At one point I asked the manager if I should get in my car and get back in line or just leave (they kept a slow but passable pace with the drive-thru) and he laughed. Wow.
Wendy's is my go to waypoint when our family is traveling, but this particular location didn't seem to be on par with other locations that we have visited. Most importantly, there were no changing stations in the men's or women's bathrooms, so we had to change the kiddos in the car. The women's bathroom was disgusting overall. They ran out of spicy chicken, forgot the frosty, and did not include napkins or a spoon for the frosty even after I went back and asked for it. Perhaps I am spoiled to expect changing stations, but it was definitely one of the primary contributors that me feeling like this was a subpar location as we left.
Went there 20 mins before close which really isn't that big of a deal and they said "our system is down" Haha right! This Wendy's SUCKS!
This is the most conveniently located Wendy's to me and that's where the positives end. 3 different managers that have no idea what to do. I've had more than a dozen bad experiences, but since there are 2 items on the list that I can eat (need low fat), I deal with it.
Warning do not go here!! They screwed up order didn't correct it, told me they was out of BBQ sauce and handed a handful to the customer behind me. My ranch for salad had been opened. Rude, dirty thugs working or should I say standing there. I would go hungry before I would ever go to this Wendy's!!
Just about every time I go there they forget something in my order. My Oder is not complicated and it is just for one person. Today I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes try to get some one to take my order and it wasn't until that five minutes was up and I was ready to leave that they replied and said we will be with you in a minute. There were no other cars in front of me and not a lot more in the parking lot, the only people I saw around were some employees passing a joint around out side in a parking spot. The food is okay but the wait and the service is horrible. For a little less high quality food but better service I could go to McDonald's and save my self time.
Tonight was the worst. 8 or so cars in line. I've got my dog with me but I figure I'll just go inside and expedite the situation. No. I waited and waited. The manager helped a guy that came in the same time as me after 6 minutes or so. They blamed being short staffed as the issue but the only person trained on the register was the evening manager. All I wanted was a salad from the fridge 5 feet away and a drink within the same proximity. It took me speaking up several times and just under 15 minutes to PLACE the order. Then I had to wait another 5 to get it. I was in a rush with my dog in the car waiting and, because of health issues, I take a pill and need to eat within 30 minutes. Let's just say I went over a bit there and had stomach cramps for the rest of the night. Thank you, Wendy's. Last time I went the employees kept trying to give me an old potato the manager said not to give.
