The staff here is fantastic, kind in courtesy will draw you back when you're looking for that special Hallmark gift, cards, seasonal items or trinkets.
I love going to Hallmark for our Christmas Family tradition to buy ornaments. Whenever we asked any questions about availability or if ornaments we saw were only online the cashier, Lori K., was very nasty and rude. I would not reccomend anyone to go to the Brook School Road Halmark. Sad that the Hamilton Town Center one went out of buisness.
In my opinion, the walls in the back right part of the store could use a little sprucing up to match the elegant appearance of all the other well-furnished walls in the store. Once spruced, 5 stars!
