Excellent experience!!! The pet store I usually purchase my dog food from was out of stock and recommended Speck's, I had never heard of them. Called ahead spoke with Jay who was very helpful, when we arrived Robert helped us with our purchase. Both gentlemen went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. They told us about the sales flyer, helped us sign up for the loyalty program, explained it in detail, and provided information about the nail trimming and veterinary services and other nearby Speck's locations. Due to the level of customer service they provided, we will be purchasing from Speck's from now on.
Great selection of high quality pet products. They also have competitive prices. I went in on a promotion and saved big time on Merrick. I will definitely return. I love supportinf local businesses.
